ASQ-Illiana - Membership

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in the American Society for Quality is not exclusive to any particular industry or business segment, but is based upon a set of universal quality principles that can be applied to any business, organization or individual. Becoming a member of ASQ will introduce you to a wealth of resources, including contact with like-minded individuals who are seeking new ideas and skills to improve quality in a wide variety of professional and personal areas.

You may conveniently join ASQ online or by mail.

To Join Online
You may join online at the main ASQ website Membership section. There you will find complete details for membership application by individuals, students and entire organizations. Once your membership has been processed at the ASQ headquarters, ASQ-Illiana will be informed of your regional association and we will send you an information packet along with an invitation to join other Illiana members at our monthly meetings.

To Join by Mail
Print out the official ASQ application (PDF format*) and follow all directions listed within the form. Send the completed application, together with the appropriate payment, to the ASQ headquarters in Milwaukee. After your application has been processed, ASQ will send your membership card and initial information directly to you. Once processed, Illiana Section 1213 will be notified of your regional membership association, and in turn we will send you an information packet along with an invitation to join other Illiana members at our monthly meetings.
